Originální abstrakt
This Case Study deals with an implementation of an ERP system in Dřevozpracující družstvo Lukavec (DDL), a leading Czech manufacturer focused on comprehensive wood processing. DDL has used the implementation project for introducing process management and enterprise processes standardization, resulting in significant multiplication effects. The ERP system was later complemented with an APS solution based on genetic algorithms. The following study describes the major features of both these projects and their benefit to the user.
