Originální abstrakt

The basis of this article is represented by results of a specific research from the year 2011. There can be found discrepancies between the current state of safety and health at work at building sites and the applicable regulations. The aim of the research was to suggest remedies for these discrepancies in a complex manner and appropriate extent according to the regulations. The second research area was the environment protection during the phase of a construction process at building sites and their surroundings. However, the environmental aspect is mentioned only briefly in this article. The article is divided into two main parts. First, the current state of the points at issue in both research areas will be described. The second part deals with the suggested new methods for safety and environment protection at building sites.
