Studie možnosti restrukturalizace a reengineeringu podnikových procesů společnosti K4 a.s. ukázala, že při změně organizační struktury a nastavení nových vztahů mezi jednotlivými strategickými obchodními jednotkami dochází nejen k vyšší efektivitě práce, ale také k významným úsporám finančních prostředků.

Study the possibility of restructuring and reengineering business processes of K4 Inc. showed that changing the organizational structure and set of new relationships between strategic business units leads not only to higher work efficiency, but also to significant savings funds.
