Detecting significant points and facial lines is important for preoperative examination and preparation of the patient having an peration in the field of orthognathic surgery. Oral and maxillofacial surgery is a process in which congenital dentofacial deformities, posttraumatic and post resection deformities are corrected with surgical operations of the facial skeleton, sometimes combined with various soft tissue procedures.
