Atmospheric Pressure DC Glow Discharge in Nitrogen-Methane Mixtures: Analysis of the Discharge Products by PTR-MS

The PTR-MS spectroscopy was used for the identification of the main stable products created by the atmospheric pressure glow discharge in various nitrogen-methane gas mixtures. All detected compounds and their relative abundances were determined with respect to the experimental conditions (gas composition and applied power).
