Daná práce se zabývá zkoumáním tvařitelnosti tenkostěnných trubek při biaxiálním stavu napjatosti. Tahová zkouška aplikovaná na trubkový materiál neodráží skutečný stav napjatosti, který se vyskytuje např. při biaxiálním vyboulování trubek. V tomto článku je popsán nástroj pro biaxiální zkoušku využívající elastického tvářecího media a uvedeny první výsledky zkoumání. Dále je v práci uveden způsob stanovení hodnot hlavních napětí a nastíněna cesta ke stanovení hodnot materiálových charakteristik C a n.

Anglický abstrakt

This paper deals with the investigation of formability of thin-walled pipes for the biaxial state of stresses. The uniaxial tensile test for tube specimens does not give a true picture of cases of complicated forming operations such as a lateral or biaxial bulging. A biaxial test more correspond to real states of stresses. This paper describes simple tool for biaxial tests, using the elastic tool as the forming medium. The first results of investigation and the theoretical way of determination main stresses are mentioned too. The aim is to define the material characteristics K and n.
