This work is dedicated to the characterization of the polymer composite containing dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DBSA) as a PEDOT dopant. This material was studied by means of its biocompatibility together with optical and electrical properties and showed significantly improved biocompatibility and compared electrical properties with PEDOT:PSS, which can be further improved using post-treatment methods. Moreover a crosslink of this polymer composite using cross-linking agent GOPS was studied.
