Podstatou technické zprávy je vymezení technických řešení zkoušek a příprava podkladů pro standardizaci připravovaných metodických postupů ověřování souladu a umožnit rozšíření dostupnosti subjektů poskytujících zkoušky souladu za definovaných podmínek. Technická zpráva specifikuje metody a techniky pro ověřování souladu výrobních zařízení (komponent a jednotek) a výrobních modulů/výroben a jejich monitoring testováním a měřením v laboratorních a provozních podmínkách. Smyslem je začlenění těchto technik a metod do metodiky ověřování souladu. Vychází se z rozboru současného stavu techniky (testovací i výroben) s identifikací a vymezením perspektivních způsobů. Následně jsou definovány požadavky na vlastnosti a parametry jednotlivých testovacích technik (zkušebních systémů a postupů). Tato technická zpráva je nezbytnou součástí metodiky ověřování a prokazování souladu výroben. Součástí zprávy jsou rovněž příkladové zkušební postupy pro ověřování souladu komponent, konkrétně střídačů pro výrobní moduly kategorií A1 a A2, a ověřování souladu výrobního modulu jako celku pro nesynchronní výrobní moduly kategorie B1 a B2. Uplatnění je směřováno zejména na: 1) Podklad pro specifikaci a vývoj zařízení a systémů pro testování a monitoring souladu výroben/ výrobních modulů s požadavky NC RfG, PPDS P4 a připojovacích podmínek PDS. Cílovým uživatelem jsou technologické společnosti. 2) Podklad pro specifikaci, vývoj a implementaci systémů a rozhraní do zařízení výroben, umožňující dané techniky ověřování/testování. Cílovým uživatelem jsou výrobci zařízení výroben. 3) Metodické postupy při provádění zkoušek. Cílovým uživatelem jsou zkušebny a provozovatelé soustav. 4) Podklad pro akreditaci příslušných postupů a zkoušek. Cílovým uživatelem jsou zkušebny.

The objective of the technical report is to define the technical design of the tests and to prepare the basis for the standardisation of the developed methodological procedures for compliance verification and to enable the extension of the availability of entities providing compliance tests under defined conditions. The technical report specifies the methods and techniques for verifying the conformity of power generating equipment (components and units) and power generating modules/plants and their monitoring by testing and measurement under laboratory and field conditions. The purpose is to incorporate these techniques and methods into the conformity verification methodology. It is based on an analysis of the current state of the art (testing and power generating facilities) with the identification and definition of perspective methods. Subsequently, the requirements for the characteristics and parameters of each test technique (test systems and procedures) are defined. This technical report is an essential part of the methodology for verifying and demonstrating compliance of power generating facilities. The report also includes example test procedures for verifying the compliance of components, namely inverters for power generating modules of categories A1 and A2, and verifying the compliance of the power generating module as a whole for non-synchronous modules of categories B1 and B2. The application is mainly aimed at: 1) The basis for the specification and development of equipment and systems for testing and monitoring the compliance of generating modules/plants with the requirements of the NC RfG, PPDS P4 and system operator connection conditions. The target users are technology companies. 2) The basis for the specification, development and implementation of systems and interfaces in the plant equipment to enable the given verification/testing techniques. The target users are manufacturers of the plant equipment. 3) Methodological procedures for testing. The target users are test facilities and system operators. 4) Basis for accreditation of relevant procedures and tests. The target user is the testing laboratories.
