Originální abstrakt
Experimental studies of transport and noise characteristics of CdTe sensors have been carried out. There are three different 1/f noise sources; bulk and surface 1/f which is proportional to square of current and contact 1/f noise with current noise spectral density proportional to higher than second power of current. Experimental results are used to characterize contact technology preparation. Contact prepare by deposition of gold from aqueous solution of AuCl3. Low and high ohmic samples reveal contact resistance. This one is dominant noise sources for low ohmic samples, while high ohmic samples are sources 1/f with dominant mobility fluctuation. Hooge constant alpha = 1.5x10-3 is very near to theoretical. Noise spectral density of sample with dominant contact noise is proportion to In with n>2. High resistance samples reveal in frequency range f > 100 Hz shot noise with spectral density corresponding to theoretical one. Noise equivalent power (NEP) and sensitivity characteristics were evaluated.
