Should the technical supervising of the investor (customer) take place in the construction processing? There are two different opinions. The first is basically negative because according to that, it is just „money guzzler“ not producing any value and it´s just interfering and delaying. On the contrary, the second is positive and takes the role as the member of construction processing, and if done properly it is a real guarantee of the invested money and quality of the work delivered. Although no current specifications state the duty of having the technical supervising, in the following article I would like to explain why there are reasons for every investor with the economical thinking to have it. And why, especially in the case that the investor himself is not an expert, it is good to have an expert available.
