HRS4R - HR Award / Social safety / Gender / Respect / Employment law perspective
There were several interesting events during 2023 that gave opportunities and support in ensuring Social Safety, gender issues in project writing, support in increasing equal opportunities in academic and non-academic settings and many more.These events were attended by representatives of the HR Department as well as other representatives and agents dealing with the mentioned issues at the University (contact persons, Counselling Departments, Project Departments, HR Departments, etc.).
September 2023 - December 2023- Supporting the system to ensure social safety at the BUT (gradual mainly internal training of contact and cooperation persons).- Communication of the system to ensure social security and equal opportunities at the BUT through F/S (Colleges, managers' meetings, secretaries and secretaries, Newsletters)- Information on the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan at the BUT (GEP)- Information on other objectives and activities related to the HRS4R/HR AWARD process.- Collaboration in the CRP 18+ universities from the Czech Republic (2023 - Prevention of unethical behaviour on campus and promotion of competences in victim care).- Participation in the outputs of the CRP 18+ project (Outputs 1. and 2.)
