The Vice-Rector for Human Resources Management manages the preparation of the BUT HR strategy, develops the concept of development and internationalisation of human resources and manages the evaluation of academic and non-academic staff. She is responsible for the HR AWARD agenda and related implementation plans, the equal opportunities and gender equality agenda including related implementation plans and manages the agenda of the Ethics Committee.
