Description in English
In spite of the progress achieved in the development of advanced heat-resistant steels, their structural instability remains one ot the unsolved problems, which is in part due to the time requirements of the experiments. This instability can appear on amajor scale also in dissimilar weld joints of the given group of steels, resulting in the precipitation of harmful carbides, nitrides and other minority phases, which in turn shows in the degradation of the properties of the steels mentioned. In thetheoretical part of the project, the Thermo-Calc program and our own Steel 13 database will be used to calculate the thermodynamic equilibrium in modern heat-resistant steels, with special focus on the occurrence of the Laves phase and the Z phase inchromium steels. In combination with the Thermo-Calc programs the DICTRA program will be used to calculate the precipitation kinetics of the above-mentioned minority phases both in the base materials and in the weld joints (possible redistribution of C
