Popis vlivu podmínek laserové ablace (zejména vlnová délka) a vlastností pevného vzorku (kov, polovodič, vodič) na interakci záření s látkou při využití laserového záření Ar+8 laseru (46,9 nm) a vyšších harmonických frekvencí Nd:YAG laseru.

Description in English
In the project the interaction of the laser light of ed wavelengths with different type of solid targets (metal, semiconductor and insulator) will be studied. The focused radiation of the capillary-discharge based table-top Ar+8 XUV laser (46.9 nm) will be used to create ablation patterns. The properties of micro-plasma that arises during the ablation and the created ablation patterns will be compared with the ablation plume and patterns obtained by the higher harmonics of pulsed Nd:YAG laser.
