Záměrem předkládaného projektu je cílený rozvoj teorie memristivních systémů směrem k identifikaci jak silných stránek, tak i principiálních limitací těchto systémů pro jejich perspektivní aplikace v oblasti analogového zpracování signálů. Navazujícím cílem je vývoj inovativních implementací, v nichž memristivní systémy uplatní svůj specifický potenciál. Dosažené výsledky v těchto oblastech budou v závislosti na dostupných technologiích zahraničních partnerů využity k přípravě experimentálních realizací vybraných struktur.
Description in English1. Developing the theory of memristive systems with the aim to find such links between the mathematical model and the behavior of the system both in the time and frequency domains, which are important for the effective design of new structures. 2. Researching the applications of memristive systems with a view to systems with programmable linear resistors, with nonlinear resistors with adjustable i/v characteristics, to pseudo-noninertial nonlinear systems, and to systems working on the principle of spectrum enrichment. 3. Developing the models of memristive systems and reliable methods of their implementation in the environment of simulation programs for supporting the aims Nos. 1 and 2. 4. Developing hardware emulators of mem-systems for supporting the implementation of the aim No. 2.
