Předložený projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj dlouhodobé spolupráce v oblasti využití výpočtových simulací v energetice mezi výzkumnou organizací FSI VUT v Brně, NETME Centre a partnery z průmyslu (spol. TENZA, a.s., SIGMA Výzkumný a vývojový ústav, s.r.o., ČKD Blansko Engineering, a.s.) a komunálních služeb (Teplárny Brno, a.s.). Předmětem projektu a spolupráce je vývoj simulačních modelů a metodických postupů pro aplikaci výpočtových simulací v různých oblastech energetiky. Hlavní aktivity projektu budou směřovat do vývoje inovativních simulačních modelů a postupů umožňujících zvyšování efektivity a snižování dopadů na životní prostředí v oblasti výroby, distribuce a spotřeby energie. Projekt reaguje na aktuální společenskou výzvu dlouhodobě zajistit dostatečné množství energie umožňující neklesající životní úroveň, čisté životní prostředí a ceny energií zajišťující konkurenceschopnost ekonomiky. Výpočtové simulace představují hlavní nástroj umožňující úspěšně naplnit požadavky moderní energetiky. Další rozvoj výpočtových simulací je rozhodujícím faktorem pro zajištění technického pokroku v celém energetickém sektoru. Projekt má svým zaměřením a naplánovanými aktivitami prokazatelný potenciál k zintenzivnění mezisektorové spolupráce a podpoře obousměrného přenosu jedinečných znalostí a zkušeností mezi jednotlivými partnery projektu. Výstupy projektu a jejich budoucí uplatnění v praxi povedou ke zvýšení kvality života a zejména k omezování negativních vlivů na životní prostředí. Předkládaný projekt je v souladu s Národní RIS3 strategií (zejména v doméně Pokročilé výrobní technologie). Veškeré výzkumné aktivity spadají do kategorií TRL 1 až TRL 3.
Description in EnglishObjective of the project Computer Simulations for Effective Low-Emission Energy Engineering is to promote long-term cooperation between NETME Centre at the FME, BUT, a research organization, industry partners and municipal services. Subject-matter of the project and the cooperation is to develop simulation models and methodological procedures for application of computational models in various areas of power industry. Special focus is on wide spectrum of technical issues, starting with simulation of physical phenomena (for example, combustion and multiphase streaming) to simulation of large power systems (for example, heat networks). Computational simulations have undergone a massive development within the last 20 years and represent an efficient tool for increasing efficiency of power equipment and decreasing environmental impact of power industry.
