Projekt by měl přispět ke zdokonalení současných přístupů při návrhu a konstrukci procesních zařízení, které spadají do procesního, energetického a částečně také environmetálního inženýrství. Pro vyšší zužitkování získaných poznatků v rámci předchozích projektů specifického výzkumu se očekává, že dojde k průniku mezi jednotlivými tématy, která budou v rámci projektu řešena, a také se předpokládá, že bude fungovat úzká spolupráce mezi jednotlivými řešiteli.
