Nový funkční komplexní systém pro proces poučení se ze závažných havárií zkvalitní a zefektivní výkon veřejné správy v oblasti zpracování informací o závažných havárií a umožní efektivní transfer relevantních informací mezi zainteresovanými stranami jako jsou podniky, složky integrovaného záchranného systému, dotčená veřejnost, organizační složky státu a orgány Evropské Unie.

The main goal is the development of a comprehensive system for the process of learning from major accidents. The main goal consists of several sub-goals: 1) Comparative evaluation in the field of systems for the process of learning from major accidents in the Czech Republic and in selected EU countries (focus on citizens, industrial enterprises, state and local government bodies). 2) Development and research of a new process for effective processing and safe exchange of information from major accident reports. 3) Development and research of a new procedure for processing and exchange of information from the investigation of the causes and impacts of major accidents. 4) Development and design of a functional model for the process of learning from major accidents.
