Original Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo stanovit celkovou antioxidační aktivitu 7 různých odrůd červenoplodého angreštu a porovnat hodnoty antioxidační aktivity u sledovaných odrůd pěstovaných ve formě keře a ve formě dvoukmenného vřetene. Nejvyšší antioxidační aktivita byla naměřena u odrůdy angreštu ˊAlanˊ, nejnižší pak u odrůdy ˊRemarkaˊ. Rozdíl mezi antioxidační aktivitou odrůd angreštu pěstovaných různými technologiemi byl statisticky nevýznamný.

English abstract

The aim of this study was to determine total antioxidant activity of 7 different red gooseberry cultivars and to compare the measured total antioxidant activity of red gooseberry cultivars grown in the form of bush and in the form of small tree. The highest antioxidant activity was measured in ˊAlanˊ cultivar while the lowest in the ˊRemarkaˊcultivar. The difference between total antioxidant activity of red gooseberry cultivars grown in the form of bush and in the form of small tree was statistically insignificant.
