Original Abstract
This article deals with issues, possibilities and relations of formation of flexibility, creativity and innovation supporting organization culture. It describes changes of organizational culture, analyses relationship between variety of external environment and strategical organizational culture and seeks relations between organizational culture and flexibility, creativity and innovation supportive culture. This contribution was prepared as a part of the process of solving the grant project GAČR no. 402/02/0114 "Organizational Culture of Czech Companies".
