Original Abstract

The challenge of project management is to optimize the quality, cost and time parameters to smooth the implementation of the customer’s order as much as possible. This study introduces the possibilities of the performance implementation control, taking into account individual dependencies between the quality, cost and time - three aspects of the iron triangle. An already finished project that had to be completely redesigned during the fully running planning phase was used as a case study for implementing the tolls of Project Management and there impact.
