Original Abstract
The article contains an analysis of factors affecting the size of the commercial risks of exporting to China and discusses the importance of individual factors and the possibility of limiting their impact on the size of commercial risk. Data for the articles are obtained by processing the current knowledge of the area in the secondary research. This is a new perspective on the issue given the available resources. It is used the partial data from primary research simultaneously. Respectively, the lessons learned from the secondary research compares with findings from structured interviews with representatives of Czech exporters. The output of the article will define the specifics for export to China, which affect the size of commercial risk, ie. to identify the factors at work. The gained knowledge will be used to create commercial risk assessment model for export to China from the viewpoint the contribution theory. Management identified factors significantly increases the probability of success of establishing cooperation and close the sale from the viewpoint practice.
