The article deals with the basic principles on which the subject ''Strategy of Competitive Conflicts'' is based. At all economical faculties of the Czech Republic teaching of marketing, management, management policy and other subjects, having the aim to prepare the graduates as well as possible for enterprise practice, is secured to a certain extent.
