Original Abstract

In this work we present the preparation of two types of metal-oxide gas sensors on the MEMS-based platforms with substantially enlarged surface-to-volume ratios - porous-alumina-assisted tungsten oxide nanodot film and porous-anodic-alumina-supported nanotubular tungsten oxide layer - and report on the comparative analysis of their properties for hydrogen detection
