The course is subsequent to the Mountain Stays course. It is focused on the obtaining and mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills from the field of the tuition of downhill and cross-country skiing and training at the beginner and more advanced novice level: the methodology of downhill and cross-country skiing; practical tuition and mastery of the technique of downhill skiing at the level of the Czech School of Skiing I; pedagogical aspects of teaching skiing.

Awarding of credit:
Completion of course (50 points) and test of knowledge (50 points) with the assessment "započteno" (passed, at least sufficient) or "nezapočteno" (failed, unsatisfactory).

- The basic technique used in downhill and cross-country skiing, and its modifications.
- Practising, training, eradication of mistakes - sets of exercises.

The aim of the course is to prepare students, both from the theoretical and the practical aspect, for the leadership and organization of the teaching of skiing of all age groups at "ski instructor" level. They will gain knowledge of and expand on the basics of downhill and cross-country skiing.

Active participation in lectures and practical lessons within the framework of the course. Cooperation in the dynamic flow of the course. Test of knowledge.
