The content of the course is to provide introduction to the successful management of companies, and in general, which affects the widest range of managed entities - whether business or non-profit, whether it's small and medium-sized enterprises, to manage the multinational corporations. Successful management means understanding the basic management functions and manage key managerial approaches and techniques.The course Quality management introduces the students to the basic principles of modern company effectiveness management. It provides basic information on European quality policy and complex systems of quality assurance in the context of environment protection and occupational safety and health protection in the EU as a precondition for introduction of products to the market. Systems of technical standards significant for assurance of acceptability of the final product are presented.
