FEKT-LTVPAcad. year: 2019/2020
Structure of a chain of blocks for analogue signal processing a nd reconstruction of digitized signal, applied codes. Programmable amplifiers, analogue multiplexers, input filters. SH and TH circuits. Parameters and types of DACs, chip structures, application notes. Parameters and types of ADCs, chip structures, application notes. Self calibration, testability. Vf and fV converters, Df converters, digital measurement of time intervals, phase, frequency. Individual laboratory tasks lead to the creation of a complete datasheet of an unknown A /D converter (ADC). Five exercises are devoted to this purpose.Thematically, the exercises are focused on:1. measurement of consumption depending on the converter operating mode (clock signal frequency, supply voltage, function mode),2. ADC static measurement - INL, DNL, offset, range (Full Scale Error), Gain Error and temperature influence),3. measurement of influence of external factors on static parameters of converter - influence of supply voltage, clock frequency, clock signal and temperature influence,4. evaluation of dynamic parameters of the converter - SNDR, ENOB, THD, SFDR,5. evaluation of crosstalk influence using multiple channels, crosstalk size depending on supply voltage, frequency and temperature influence.
