  1. komunikace - nástroj manažera, komunikační bariéry a chyby
  2. verbální a neverbální komunikace
  3. konflikt - definice, postoje. cyklus a příčiny konfliktu
  4. styly řešení konfliktu, techniky řešení konfliktů
  5. schopnost předjímat vznik konfliktu druhy a typy konfliktů
  6. eliminace osobních pocitů při řešení konfliktu techniky řešení konfliktů a jejich nácvik
  7. typologie svízelných lidí a její využití při řešení konfliktu
  8. zvládání agresivity a sebeovládání
  9. prezentace - základní pravidla jak připravit sebe i svou prezentaci struktura prezentace
