Application of the regulation in the expert evidence, probability in the examination of the expert. Scheme of the expert evidence and expertise. Specificity of the expert activity in the field of civil engineering in various kinds of proceeding (criminal, civil, administrative). Teamwork at expert activity in the filed of civil engineering.
Primary acts of the expert and his participation in the course of ensuring the proof. Principles at search of premises, take-off samples for analysis.

1. Terminology of defects and failures in the civil engineering. 2. Systematic complex concept of the expert evidence and expertise (systematic analyze of the process, array of hypotheses, array of traces, array of reflection, array of the damage equivalence, reverse calculation method of the accident process, application of the logic rules in the forensic engineering, presumption of innocence in the application of the technical analysis). 3. Methods of expert’s analysis (analysis of the processes in the time and space, law and engineering confrontation, method of the narrowing of the limits, analysis of the break down, derivation of the relationship between the reason and consequence, infringement of the regulations in relation to the consequence). 4. Application of the regulation in the expert evidence, probability in the examination of the expert. 5. Scheme of the expert evidence and expertise. 6. Specificity of the expert activity in the field of civil engineering in various kinds of proceeding (criminal, civil, administrative).
