This subject will introduce fundamentals and principles of present project management with regard to international metodologies. Students will learn new methods that are used in managing of projects and its computer tools during proposals and managing projects.

The course focuses on the theoretical definition of the principles, methods and tools of project management. The theoretical definition of the course is based on the international methodologies PRINCE2, PMI and IPMA and uses current trends in project management. The knowledge and skills acquired will be applicable to business and project management at lower and middle management level.Lecture outlines1.Project strategy (relationship between project objectives, project benefits and organizational strategy).2.Project structure (determination of authority, responsibilities in the project).3.
