The course is focused on supporting student activities as a form of acquiring so-called Soft Skills (project thinking, teamwork, communication, negotiation with partners, etc.), gaining an interdisciplinary overview, and improving in their field. This is realized by involving the student in projects and activities of the student team (depending on the field of study and the student’s interest) with an emphasis on the application of challenge-based learning.In the first week of the semester, based on a consultation with the management of the student team, the student is given a plan of three tasks and three selected goals that he/she wants to achieve during the course.During the semester, the student works on assigned tasks, consults them with the team, participates in at least one workshop announced based on the goals of all participants in the subject. At the end of the semester, there is a presentation of his/her results to colleagues and the student team.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
The student is assessed by a credit.The assessment is given based on the following:
In the twelfth week, the student presents his/her results to colleagues. The clarity and expression are evaluated. Course participants are awarded credit if they have attended at least 5 lessons, been active in the workshop and successfully presented their activities to the team. A successful presentation is understood as the presentation of the result of assigned tasks (successes, or justification of failures), and the fulfillment of goals.
Aims
Graduates of the course will gain experience working in an interdisciplinary team. Depending on the choice of goals, they will gain experience in one or more areas: Project work, project support, team management.The course will support project and creative thinking, planning skills, teamwork, assessment skills, communication, and presentation. It encourages an innovative approach to problem-solving.
