H.E.A.T. (High Energy Aerobic Training)

The program represents a new system of aerobic exercise with a significant effect on the human body and presents exercises based on natural human movement - walking. The exercise program uses a special Maxerrunner treadmill, which can smoothly change the inclination of the plane with a simple control up to imitate walking in mountainous terrain. The revolution of the belt lies in the fact that full muscle energy is used to move the belt (it is not driven by a motor). The H.E.A.T program is a group exercise led by a teacher accompanied by music. The length of the exercise lesson is 60 minutes. The advantage of the program is that it fully respects the individual possibilities of each individual:
MIX = lesson with mild to medium intensity of load with the aim of relaxation and gradual development of condition
Z = lesson for beginners focused on the technique of walking on a belt (I. level), posture, breathing exercises, fitness development or weight reduction.
P = lesson for the fit with knowledge of walking technique (I. level) on the belt, training of techniques II. level.
VČA = leisure activities for students and the public (registration via online booking, payment according to the current price list).

Entry knowledge

Towel, own water bottle, exercise shoes with a solid sole that has a free ankle and allows you to unwind the foot.
It is recommended to take a stress test once a year at a specialized workplace of sports and physical education medicine (basic physiological parameters - data for work with a sportester).

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit on the basis of active participation at lessons, ie regular attendance with records in the attendance list; 2 unexcused participations are allowed).
Regular attendance with registration in the attendance list, 2 unexcused absences are allowed, apologies orally for absences in advance directly in class or by email in advance, but no later than 24.0 hours after the date of class.
Compensation for missed and unexcused hours always in agreement with the teacher directly in the specialization or in specific hours at the Machina Fit Center. The compensation is recorded in the attendance sheet or the teacher issues a written confirmation if the attendance sheet is not available.
Other possibilities of compensation are in block teaching, at courses and at CESA sports events (eg Christmas games, Sports Day, one-off weekend educational events).

Aims

Compensation for one-sided sedentary employment, influencing physical fitness and physical performance, strengthening health and deepening knowledge in the field of exercise physiology - the body's response to exercise.
H.E.A.T. program - High Energy Aerobic Training in free translation means "aerobic exercise with high energy expenditure. Walking on a mechanical treadmill Maxerrunner is used to reduce weight, to improve physical condition, for endurance training to train professional athletes, but also to create a positive relationship to physical The student has the opportunity to implement in the chosen sport according to their current performance at 3 levels (Z, P, MIX).
