BUT program of IC is organized by licensed instructors who lead the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training hat best suites the fitness level and goal of each student. IC program is designed to improve fitness level from beginners to advanced riders.Find the up to date schedule in the BUT information system.Lessons mostly designed for beginners or intermediate fitness level, no experience with stationary exercise bicycles is not a problem.
NOTE! Clean indoor sport shoes, towel and comfortable sport outfit is your must to have.

Entry knowledge
PE knowledge and skills at secondary school level are required.We recommend clean cycling shoes or indoor sport shoes cycling pants with antibacterial liner, own drinking bottle, and towel.
Annual stress test in sports and PT medicine (parameters for working with heart rate) is highly recommended.
Riding a bicycle is an advantage.
