BUT program of IC is organized by licensed instructors who lead the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training that best suites the fitness level and goal of each student. IC program is designed to improve fitness level from beginners to advanced riders.Find the up to date schedule in the BUT information system.Lessons mostly designed for beginners or intermediate fitness level, no experience with stationary exercise bicycles is not a problem.
NOTE! Clean indoor sport shoes, towel and comfortable sport outfit is your must to have.
