TRX (Suspension Training)

Total-Body Resistance Exercise are exercises for loading the whole body. Hanging training, unlike conventional strengthening, enables truly functional strengthening, which at the same time increases the flexibility, balance and stability so much needed, both during other sports activities and, above all, in everyday life.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit based on individual active participation in exercise programs with feedback - filling out a questionnaire at the end of the semester.
ndividual exercises according to suspended exercise plans. Completion of the final questionnaire.

Aims

Gradually increasing the intensity of individual exercises to ensure maximum transfer of acquired condition and performance into everyday activities = functional training.
Implementation in the chosen sport, creating a positive relationship to physical activities, developing strength, coordination, stability and balance.
