The examination is written and oral. Emphasis is placed on independent orientation in the topics covered.
Checking of knowledge in the exercises in the frame of the lecture.Change in covid-19 containments reserved.
Aims
Students are provided with the basics of industrial robotics, mainly with end-effectors, peripherals equipments and other components of robotized production systems according to given technological purpose. The task of the course is to make the students familiar with the necessary interconnection between the findings not only from the area of designing but mainly from the area of projection, control, and application of PRaM in robotized workplaces and automated production systems.
The course enables the students to acquire the latest findings from launching of stationary industrial robots and manipulators and to enrich the skills related to their integration into RTP, along with peripherals and then mainly with endeffectors that are also the subject of the robotic part of the course on Mechatronics in measuring systems and in robotics, and that are also contained in the recommended literature.
