The Doctoral Thesis will examine and investigate particular and complex approaches towards the Czech architecture, urbanism and theory in the I. half of the 20th century within the international context.
Current buildings older than 100 years were built fully from natural materials with positive influence on health of people. During their reconstruction now are used usually present materials with high portion of embodied energy, very ofen with chemical background. Doctor's work should be aimed to reconstruction ofordinary houses with maintaining oftheir environmental properties, to increasing of their useable value' and lowering of their energetically consumption.

Super Constructions - Mega Constructions exceed framework of common practicability. They are predetermined of current material and technological possibilities and they overcome common measures in accordance with horizontal and vertical lines. Realisation of these type buildings is multicriterion problem, at the beginning of which the appropriate choosing of building fabric is standing. Described building fabric in architectural presentation will be aim of detailed analysis, research and applicative conclusion.
