    .

Tutor: Adamec Vladimír, prof. Ing., CSc.

  2. Analysis for management optimization in construction

"The aim of the work is the analysis of the optimization in the management of human and technical resources at a time, using methods of valuation of obtained outputs. Suitable for graduates of the engineering faculties. "

Tutor: Vykopalová Hana, prof. PhDr., CSc.

  3. Tools and methods for predicting the development of the real estate market

The aim of dissertation will be the suggestion of methodology for predicting the real estate market or the selected segment (the commodity of the real estate markets). There will be used for prediction methods of classical statistics in combination with robust statistical methods and fuzzy logic. As the factors influencing the development of the real estate market will be selected appropriate indicators of macro-economic, socio-economic, political and other area.

Tutor: Škapa Stanislav, prof. Ing. et Ing., Ph.D.

  4. Tools and techniques for measuring the risks of investing in real estate

The aim of dissertation will be the suggestion of methodology for measuring the risks of investing in real estate. Especially in times of economic crisis is limited usány of classical statistical models to measure this risk, and therefore will be used for the measurement methods of classical statistics with an emphasis on so-called down-side risk in combination with robust statistical methods and simulation methods (eg. Monte Carlo, Bootstrap).

Tutor: Škapa Stanislav, prof. Ing. et Ing., Ph.D.
