  6. Methodology for determination of unjust enrichment

    The task of the student will review existing procedures used in determining the amount of unjust enrichment in the field of construction. Students should carry out an analysis of selected cases of unjust enrichment, and on the basis of this analysis to divide the different areas of tackle. For each area to develop methodologies that would help the experts in processing znalckých opinions.

  7. Possibilities of ergonomics knowledge in construction

    The aim of the work is to analyze the performance of the working conditions and the performance of work in selected professions in the field of construction and design optimal measures documented technical solutions and measurability of the work performance and valuation of the costs of modifications and equipment. Appropriate for students in technical disciplines in the field of construction.

  8. The influence of micro-economic policy on the real estate market

    The topis is focused on the critical analysis tools and microeconomic policy measures in relation to state real estate market, the commodities and market entity on this market. Specifically, it will be a solution to price regulation, the problems of externalities or public goods problems arising from asymmetric information, including evaluation of investment property in terms of commodities as stores of value.

  9. Valuation of buildings for the purpose of resolving claims

    The task of the student will map the modalities of price structures for the purpose of resolving claims. Student will work under the division of problems solved by individual types of buildings. Performs analysis of the individual types of buildings constructed classic and modern day technology acquisition and evaluation of the individual types of buildings in compliance with current applicable regulations. Aim of this study will investigate the possibility of utilization of the results obtained for the purpose of resolving claims and design methodology for determining the price structure as a basis for determining the amount of insurance benefits.
