O projektu

The project is aimed at defining a framework for evaluating the performance of selected business activities through a KPI system in relation to the areas of supply customer management and end customer purchasing behaviour. The link between SCM and the customer would be addressed from the perspective of circular economy issues. The level of potential business risks would be evaluated through KPIs. The project plan will be addressed in two lines, namely: 1) the development of a research plan for the development of a draft evaluation framework in the use of mystery shopping; 2) a professional workshop for students of Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Business and Management and University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
