The whole genome expression analysis of Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus strain ATCC 35246 was performed using DNA microarrays. According to the stability of gene expression 10 genes including gyrA and gyrB were chosen as potential reference genes. Further analysis of expression stability of selected genes was done by real-time PCR. Ct values from PCR analysis were processed in Microsoft Excel and our conclusions were additionally confirmed by GeNorm normalization. Reference gene was chosen
