Parametry struktury povrchu se vyhodnocují ze základního profilu, z profilu drsnosti a profilu vlnitosti. V praxi nastává často problém při přejímce a kontrole jakosti povrchu plechů. Problém je v tom, že i u povrchů, které se na první pohled jeví jako homogenní vykazují značný rozptyl hodnot daného parametru měřeného na různých místech. Norma ČSN ISO 4288 definuje tzv. pravidlo 16%, podle kterého lze převzít plochu, u které až 16% všech naměřených hodnot přesahuje specifikovanou mez. Tato definice platí pro případ statistického souboru, tj. pro teoreticky nekonečný počet měření na dané ploše za podmínek opakovatelnosti. Příspěvek uvádí postupy pro vyhodnocování tzv.reprezentativní hodnoty parametru struktury povrchu z omezeného počtu měření _ statistického výběru.

Anglický abstrakt

Characteristics of surface texture are evaluated by the primary profile, by roughness profile and waviness profile. Practically comes very often the problem during inspection of surface texture of the sheet plates. The problem be pregers that surface that should be homogenious, shows great dispersion the parameter that is measuring on the miscellaneous places. The norm ČSN ISO 4288 defines the standard 16%. By this is possible to undertake the surface that has until 16% of all measured values over specified limit. This definition holds generally for the case of statistical file, for theoretical infinity measuring on the surface on condition repeatibility of measurement. The paper shows the procedure for interpretation of representative value parameter of structure surface by finite number of measuring _ statistical sample.
