Originální abstrakt

In this paper a design of wavelet is described. A design basis is lifting algorithm of computing wavelet transform. The lifting algorithm is method to faster lifting transform computing and it use polyphase filters. Conditions, which wavelet must fulfill, are obtained by analyses of this structure. A wavelet can be designed from these conditions and it can be adapted and used for lossless data compression.
