This paper is aimed at identifying the causes of the destruction of the real rear frame forwarder machines and it seeks the load case for initialization of a plastic deformation by the reverse numerical analysis. In the introduction, the possible range of the destruction states is limited in the working mode of the machine. The following are the force and torque moment analysis of the dynamic simulations in MSC ADAMS software with a table output of the machine stability in the working mode. By identifying the possible destruction states, some load cases are excluded and the frame is strength analysis. The load cases are found where the yield strength of the material is exceeded. Plastic deformations are in the same places as on the real machine of the rear frame.
