The current-controlled current source with unity gain is designed in the multiple-output form and then used in the current-mode gyrator scattering model where both gyrator resistances are directly given by two external resistors. Such a structure represents another useful modification of gyrator scattering model with improved frequency response and without operational amplifiers.
