This paper is mainly focused on the brief description of the importance of customer services and their impact on industrial markets. Integration of customer services to industrial products is seen as an important tool for gaining and maintaining customer satisfaction. There are some examples of companies from the field of saw and saw bands production to show some possible offered services for customers in the paper.
