Originální abstrakt

Cancer cells produce substances, which causes neovasculization. Veins and arteries are visible on thermal image. Thanks to the increased metabolism cancer appears as a hot spot on thermogram. Thermogram analysis can be based on topological, non-topological or hybrid approach. The topological approach is better for visual analysis by doctor, non-topological or hybrid approach seems to be easier for computational analysis. Used methods: comparison of average and/or medium temperature, temperature gradients, histograms etc.
