On the project
teoretický a experimentální rozbor kostních tkání dolní čelisti s využitím biochemických a magneticko resonančních metod a jinými zvolenými diagnostickými postupy. Bude vytvořen a postupně doplňován soubor pacientů, budou optimalizovány diagnostické metody a budou provedeny vzájemné korelace jejich výsledků. Pro studium metabolických změn kostní tkáně je nutné měřit změny relaxačních časů a difúzních koeficientů. Pro většinu pulzních sekvencí budou využitelné výsledky návrhu a experimentálního ověření nové metody nastavení preemfázové kompenzace u aktivně stíněných gradientních systémů, které se v současné době využívají. Tím se sníží přístrojové artefakty způsobené rychlým přepínáním gradientních magnetických polí.
Description in English
For the diagnosis of various diseases and correlation of results with the diseases found a set of patients will be put together and gradually complemented over a long period. The patients will be examined via MRI and other clinical and laboratory examinations. A reference set will be made up of persons without jaw bone pathology, MR-examined for another disease. Included in the project will be on the one hand patients with manifest disease of jaw bones m. Paget's disease, fibrous osteodysplasia, osteomyelitis, etc., on the other hand patients with general diseases that might affect the jaw.
