On the project
Výsledkem je technologická aparatura (prototyp) využívající plazmovou nanotechnologii pro depozici vrstev a vrstevnatých struktur na svazky vláken v kontinuálním režimu. Jde o modulární systém zahrnující předúpravu vláken, depozici vrstvy a finální úpravu vláken. Aparatura umožní nezávisle nastavovat technologické podmínky pro všechny segmenty zpracování povrchu vláken. Zařízení sestává z čerpacích systémů pro zajištění vakua, výkonových zdrojů, dávkování plynů a par monomerů a převíjejícího zařízení.
Description in EnglishThe result is a technological apparatus (prototype), which uses a plasma nanotechnology for the deposition of layers and structures of stacked bundles of fibers in a continuous mode. It is a modular system that includes pre-treatment of fibres, the deposition of the layers and the final adjustment of the fibres. The equipment allows to independently set the technological conditions for all segments of the processing of the surface fibres. The equipment consists of pumping systems to ensure the vacuum, power sources, the dosage of gases and vapours of monomers and převíjejícího devices.
