On the project

Projekt se zabývá výzkumem postupů pro diagnostiku moderních materiálů či součástek užívaných nejen v elektrotechnice s cílem zlepšit kvalitu jejich výroby. Tyto metody budou sloužit k detekci a analýze nehomogenit a také ke tvorbě fyzikálních modelů těchto poruch. Vlastní výzkum spočívá v rozvoji metod šumové a dielektrické spektroskopie, sledování transportu náboje, topografii polovodičových povrchů, jejich lokální spektroskopii, modelování a matematickém zpracování experimentálně získaných výstupních veličin.
